Preparing for Your Data Request

Thank you for your interest in submitting a data request to the Comprehensive Epidemiologic Data Resource (CEDR)! The CEDR Team looks forward to the exciting uses of the data for educational or research purposes.

If you want to become an authorized CEDR user, and view more than just the first 10 records of a CEDR dataset, you’ll need to receive login credentials. You MUST complete all the steps below. Please ensure all documents completed are in English.

Before you begin the data request process, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the CEDR website and review the CEDR User Guide.

If you are requesting data for research purposes, you may be asked to provide additional information, including an Institutional Review Board (IRB) determination letter.

If you are requesting data as a collaborator on the Million Person Study (MPS), your request will be routed through the MPS collaborator data request process.
