Fill out the online form.

To be authorized to use CEDR, fill out the online Sign Up Form. Upon your completion a set of files and your provided information will be sent to you as confirmation with instructions on where to send your pre-filled form.

We'll send the login.

Upon approval for your account, you will receive login credentials to authenticate and download the data file sets.
